Super Spacer^® ile üretim:

• 1- Spacer birinci plaka üzerine yerleştirilir.
• 2- İkinci cam plakası birleştirilir. Gaz dolumu ve basınç uygulanır.
• 3- Dolgu malzemesi (macunu) uygulanır.

Geleneksel çıta ile üretim:

• 1- Çıtalar kesilir, bükülerek şekillendirilir.
• 2- Nem alıcı ile doldurulur.
• 3- Butil çekilir.
• 4- Çıtalar konveyöre asılır.
• 5- Konveyörden alınan çıtalar, cama yerleştirilir.

Reduces energy consumption and production costs

• Super Spacer^® is the world’s first spacer system made of flexible structural foam with integrated desiccant. The entire edge seal becomes flexible through the flexible spacer. As a result of this the temperature fluctuations of the seal are perfectly balanced by the sealants. In addition the risk of breakage of the glass on the edge sealant is minimized.
• Unpleasant radiative cooling in the winter is now a thing of the past thanks to the higher surface temperatures in the edge area. At the same time Super Spacer^® ensures a healty indoor climate: the lower dew point minimizes the risk of condensation in the interspace between the panes compared to insulating glass Windows without warm edges by up to %70.

Super Spacer^® Productivity in Processing

When processing Super Spacer^® the individual cutting to length, application of polyisobutylene and filling with desiccant are not required.

Super Spacer^® manufacture of insulating glass:

• 1- Apply spacer
• 2- Place the second pane of glass onto the first, fill it with gas and press them together
• 3- Apply the sealant

Process of the manufacture of insulating glass using conventional spacers:

• 1- Cut the spacers into shape/bend them/plug them together
• 2- Fill it with desiccant
• 3- Apply polyisobutylene to the spacer
• 4- Suspend spacer on frame conveyor
• 5- Remove spacers from frame conveyor and fix on glass
• 6- Place the second pane of glass onto the first,fill it with gas and press them together
• 7- Apply the sealant

Super Spacer^® T-Spacer™ is the fully automated version of TriSeal, which utilizes online PIB extrusion for Triseal at the point of IG mfg. With its triple-seal design, T-Spacer™ is designed to satisfy the toughest commercial glazing demands, including silicone structural glazing (SSG) and can be seamlessly integrated into high-speed automated manufacturing thanks to an inner acrylic adhesive seal for immediate unit handling.
