All Filtraglass systems can offer optimal quality water for the spindles of CNC machines with the application of the following changes: the installation of a photoelectric sensor, a pneumatic electrovalve system, an additional tank for extra clean water and, optionally, a water pump pack.

The F version of DP. 150 and DP. 165 models, for example, are specially designed to offer optimal quality water for internal use in the spindles of CNC machines and insulated glass seamers, thus replacing the use of mains water.

Basic System

EcoBox is Filtraglass’s basic model specially designed for use with bevelling and edging machines. The machine operates with the same pressure column filtration system as the standard machines offering the same efficiency and environmental protections but at a lower cost thanks to a simpler set up.

The EcoBox is quick and easy to install and only requires the original water tank to be replaced and the system to be assembled.

Standart System

We currently manufacture various standard model machines, which differ according to the number of filter columns they contain and their length.

Standard systems have the full range of Filtraglass machine settings and include features such as a control panel for programming the machine.

Furthermore, all Filtraglass systems, when the appropriate modifications are applied, are capable of providing optimal quality water for use in the spindles of CNC machines and insulated glazing glass seaming machines.

Large Volume System

Filtraglass also boasts XtremFlow, a model designed for large volumes of water. Unlike the other systems, XtremFlow filters the water using a filter press system, i.e. it separates the glass particles suspended in the water by pushing the liquid through the filter plates at high power.

This model is able to filter very large amounts of water per minute and can also be tailored to the flow rate required by each client.

Temel Model

EcoBox, Filtraglass'ın pah açma ve kenar işleme makinelerinde kullanılmak üzere özel olarak tasarlanmış temel modelidir.

Makine basınçlı kolon filtrasyon sistemi ile çalışır. Çalışma prensibi standart verimlik ve çevre koruması sağlayan makineler ile aynı olmakla birlikte basit kurulumu ile maliyet avantajı sağlar.

Standart Model

Mevcut durumda içerdikleri filtre kolonu sayısı ve uzunluğuna göre farklılık gösteren standart model makineler üretilmektedir.

Standart sistemler, Filtraglass makine ayarlarının tümüne sahiptir ve kontrol paneli ile programlama özelliğine sahiptir.

Büyük Hacimli Model

Filtraglass ayrıca büyük hacimlerde su arıtımı için tasarlanmış XtremFlow’u sunmaktadır. XtremFlow, diğer sistemlerden farklı olarak suyu, filtre pres sistemi ile filtreler, böylelikle suyu filitre plakalarının arasında yüksek güçle iterek suyun içinde bulunan cam partiküllerini ayrıştırır.

Bu model, çok büyük miktarda suyu çok kısa sürede filtreleme özelliğine sahiptir. Sistem ayrıca müşterinin ihtiyaç duyduğu akış hızına göre uyarlanabilir.
