İtalya’da üretim yapan COMSS’un ipek baskıda otuz yıldan fazla tecrübesi, ipek baskısının uygulanabileceği sektörlerin farklı ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak bir dizi makine ve ekipman geliştirmesini mümkün kılmıştır. İpek baskı makineleri; ahşap, cam ve tekstilde baskı yapmak amacıyla tasarlanmış ve üretilmiştir. COMSS, müşterinin ihtiyaç ve hedeflerine uyacak şekilde makineler üretir ve satış sonrası destek verir. En iyi çözümü üretmek için müşteriler ziyaret edilir, makinenin koyulacağı alan incelenir, talepler dinlenir ve ihtiyaçları karşılayacak en uygun makine için üretime başlanır. Sevkiyat sonrası kurulum sona erdiğinde, makinenin çalıştırılmasından sorumlu olacak operatör için eğitim başlar. Makine kullanımı ile ilgili gerekli tüm bilgi operatöre verilir, denemeler yapılır.

Makinelerin arızalanması durumunda teknisyenlerinden biri seyahat mesafesine bağlı olarak 24-48 saat içinde kullanıcıya ulaşır ve sorunun çözülmesi için yardımcı olur. Opsiyonel modem cihazı sayesinde, teknisyenler Comss ana merkezinden makineye bağlanarak doğrudan kontrol sağlayabilir.

SERITAB Manuel Baski Makinesi

Seritap manuel baskı makinesidir. Bu tip makineler elle baskı işlemi yapan atölyeler için büyük bir öneme sahiptir. Hassas ayar sistemi ile donatılmış olan makine numuneler ve küçük çaplı üretimler için kullanılabilir. Baskı yapabileceği en büyük cam ebadı:1000 x 2500 mm.

Jollyprint küçük ve orta ölçekli üretim için ideal bir ipek baskı makinesidir. Yan boşaltma kayışları ile kurutma fırını ile aynı hatta koyulabilir. Baskı yapabileceği cam ebatları: 200 x 300 mm - 700 x 500 mm – 1000 x 600mm.

SERIPLAN Yari Otomatik İpek Baskı Makinesi

Seriplan, düz cam, ahşap gibi sert yüzeylere baskı yapabilmek için üretilmiş yarı otomatik ipek baskı makinesidir. Yüksek kalitede baskı yapabilmek için en iyi baskı kafaları kullanılarak üretilir. Orta ölçekte üretim için ideal bir makinedir. Standart ebatlar: 1200 x 2500 mm ve 1500 x 3000 mm. Talebe göre istenen ebatta özel çalışma yapılabilir.

Silk Screen Printing Machine

Over thirty years’ experience in the field of silk-screen printing have made it possible for COMSS to develop a range of machines and equipment that can meet the various needs of the numerous sectors in which silk-screen printing can be applied. Silk-screen printing machines are designed and built to print on wood, glass and textile; other screenprinting equipment is also available such as ink drying ovens, lamps and presses for photoengraving, frame-washbasins and special silk-screen printing systems.

In the client-supplier relationship, COMSS focuses on the partnership aspect whereby effective technical back-up is provided right from the time when the machines are selected to match the user’s actual production needs and objectives. We study the best solution only after we have met the customer and checked how much space is available on their premises. Our offer is then presented together with a lay-out and further discussed. Once the installation phase is completed, the commissioning can start together with the training session for the operator who will be responsible for operating the machine: all the functions will be shown as well as all respective commands using the use and maintenance manual supplied with the machine. In case of malfunctioning of the machines, COMSS can ensure one of their technicians will reach the user within 24-48 hours depending on the distance to be travelled. Thanks to the optional modem device, the assistance department can carry out a first check-up directly from head office. Fast after sales service and quality products have always been the distinguishing mark of the COMSS brand name on the market.

The manual screen printing machine is of great importance in a screen printing workshop. Equipped with precision adjustment and servo arm, is used in the production of samples and small runs. It has a useful format to print up to 1000 x 2500 mm.

SERIPLAN

Seriplan is a large format semi-automatic screen printing machine for printing rigid substrates such as flat glass panels, wood and related products. Uses the same print head of the upper range glass print in order to have the same quality standards. Particularly suited to medium runs, is produced in two versions, standard-format equivalent to 1200 x 2500 mm and 1500 x 3000 mm. Other formats on request.

SERIPLAN-EX

It’s a variant of Seriplan that, thanks to the extractable worktop, with spheres bearing, can be positioned in line with the roller transfers to assist loading and unloading operation of the glass panels.

GLASSPRINT LINE

Glassprint is not just a machine, but a project that includes the study and production of fully automatic screen printing line that consist of loading and unloading rollers, connecting transfers with optimized conveying system of printed panels towards drying oven that completes the line. Glassprint is the high-capacity solution, and wide is the range of produced formats. 600 x 1600mm - 1100 x 2200mm - 1200 x 2500mm - 1500 x 3000mm - 2300 x 3500mm.
