EASY FILL

2 dolum ucuyla gaz dolumu yapabilen ve gaz dolumuna yeni başlayan düşük kapasiteli üretim yapacak firmalar için uygun olan başlangıç modelidir. Zaman ayarı verilen bilgiler ile ayarladıktan sonar çalışmaya başlar ve gaz dolumu tamamlanınca otomatik olarak durur.

STANDART GAZ DOLUM MAKİNESİ

4 hatla 4 farklı çift cama aynı anda gaz dolum yapmayı sağlayan standart gaz dolum makinesi dolum esnasında ünitenin içinde ne kadar argon gazı olduğunu online olarak hesaplar ve ünite içinde istenen dolum seviyesine ulaşıldığında otomatik olarak durur. Endüstrideki her türlü gazın dolumu için uygundur. Vardiyada 450 üniteye kadar dolum yapılabilir. Talebe göre sadece 1 hattı yada 4 hattı kullanılabilir.

RAPIDE L200 GAZ DOLUM MAKİNESİ

RAPIDE L200, hızlı gaz dolum makinelerinden ilkidir. Ekonomik olarak gaz dolumu yapmak üzere tasarlanmıştır.

Kapasitesi yaklaşık olarak günde 300 ünite ısıcamdır. (8 saat / gün ve 0,8 m² ünite / 14 mm ara boşluk / 11,2 litre)

Rapide L200, ağırlıklı olarak hat üstü dolum yapmak için kullanılmaktadır. Teknolojisi gaz dolum hızı (ünite içi gaz pompalama basıncı ) ile ünite içindeki havayı emme senkronizasyonuna dayanmaktadır. Bu yöntemle ünite içindeki gaz basıncının dolum kalitesini olumsuz şekilde etkilememsi için dengede tutulması sağlanmaktadır.

Ünite içi gaz seviyesi dolum esnasında sürekli olarak on-line tespit edilmektedir. Bu işlem makineye entegre edilmiş özel bir analizör sayesinde yapılmaktadır. Her hat için bir analizör tahsis edilmiştir. İstenilen gaz seviyesine ulaşıldığında ilgili hat otomatik olarak durmaktadır.

Helantec hızlı gaz dolum makinelerinden biri olan RAPIDE L500 Gaz dolum makinesi, hızlı ve ekonomik gaz dolum işlemi sağlamak üzere tasarlanmıştır.

İLETİŞİM MODÜLÜ 5

Rapide L500 ve L900’e opsiyon olarak eklenebilen bu cihaz ile her dolum işlemi dokümante edilebilir, yazıcıya bağlanarak etiket basılabilir. Böylece gaz dolumunun hangi siparişte, hangi tarih ve saatte yapıldığı anında basılacak etiketle müşterilere gösterilebilir. Ayrıca uzaktan modem aracılığı ile kullanım, bakım desteği verilebilir.

GAZ TESTER

Avrupa’da gaz dolumu yapan tesislerin zorunlu olarak bulundurması istenen bir analiz cihazıdır. Gaz dolumu yapılmış ve üretimi tamamlanmış bir ünitenin içindeki gaz miktarını tespit etmek için kullanılır. Avrupa normlarında üretilen üniteler üretimden 6 saat sonra bu cihazla test edilerek içeriklerindeki gaz miktarı belirlenir. Amaç üretim kalitesini güvence altına almaktır. Elde taşınabilen ve kullanımı çok kolay bir cihazdır.

ISO ALTIMETER

Isıcam içindeki basıncı taşıma öncesi üretim tesisinde dengelemeyi sağlayan cihazdır. Bu cihaz ile basınç değişimi sebebiyle oluşan kırılmalar engellenir ve balon yöntemi gibi camın taşıması sonrası hala işlem gerektiren yöntemlere ihtiyaç ortadan kalkar.

Bir ısıcam ünitesi aşağıda ifade edilen üç etkenle bünyesindeki camların içe ya da dışa esnemesi hareketlerini yapar:

1. Rakım farklılaşmaları: Üretimin yapıldığı, sevk güzergahında geçilen ve montajın yapılacağı rakım değerleri farklı ise cam içe ya da dışa bükülerek bu farklılaşmaya cevap verecektir. Eğer bu farklılaşma tolerans değerlerinin üzerinde ise cam bu esnemeler nedeni ile kırılacaktır.
2. Sıcaklık değişimleri: Üretim ve montaj yerlerinin sıcaklık farklılıkları ve yaz/ kış sıcaklık farklılıkları üniteyi oluşturan camların içe ya da dışa esnemesi sonucunu doğuracaktır.
3. İklim Şartları: İklim şartları nedeniyle yüksek ve alçak basınç hava sistemleri yine ünitenin farklı şekillerde içe ya da dışa esnemesine neden olacaktır.

Tüm bu etkenler özenle üretilen çift camların sevkiyatta kırılmasına ya da yüksek maliyetli cephe çözümlerinde cepheyi oluşturan tüm ünitelerin bu koşullara farklı tepki vermesi (bazılarının içe bazılarının dışa esnemesi) nedeniyle dalgalı bir görünüm oluşmasına neden olmaktadır.

Sevkiyat kırılmalarını önlemek için kullanılan balon yöntemi hem zahmetli hem de ünitenin montajda tam olarak kapatılamama riskine açık bir yöntemdir.

Gas filling systems with conventional technology

Conventional gas filling technology is based on the displacement of air. With this technology the heavier filling gas (e.g. argon / krypton / mixtures) is introduced into the IG unit from below and it displaces the lighter air.

• All HELANTEC gas filling systems have our proven gas analyser that ends the filling process.
• The desired gas concentration can be set individually.
• HELANTEC gas filling systems have a display for the actual gas concentration.
• HELANTEC gas filling systems are suitable for all standard gases and gas mixtures used in the insulated glass industry.
• HELANTEC gas filling systems transport a gas sample to the analyser via a pump. This causes a faster and controlled escape of air, as well as shorter filling times.
• To make the filling process safer at minimum gas consumption, some HELANTEC gas filling systems have additional intelligence.

EASY FILL

Simple, inexpensive, reliable. Terminates the filling process after the set filling time, which is specified in the corresponding table.

STANDART

For the concept of the STANDARD gas filling system the focus was on an optimal capacity-price ratio in the area of conventional gas filling technology.

The STANDARD has 4 filling lines, this means that up to four IG units can be filled at the same time!

The gas concentration is measured by an integrated gas analyser during the entire filling process. As soon as the set gas concentration is reached, the filling process of all four filling lines is ended automatically. Consequently this gas filling system is particularly well suited for economical gas filling of the same formats.

Advantages of the STANDARD gas filling system:

• Low acquisition costs and operating costs
• Integrated analyser with high accuracy and stability
• Desired gas concentration can be individually adjusted
• Suitable for all standard gases and gas mixtures

The capacity is approximately 400 units [1] with four filling lines.

RAPIDE Fas Filling Systems

We deliver the highest-capacity manual gas filling systems for IG units. The fast-fill technology is particularly well suited for the following requirements:

• Short cycle times
• High capacity
• Filling in the production line – prior to the secondary sealing
• Large units, special formats and model IG units
• Universal implementation

• Documentation of the entire filling process

The emphasis is not on filling speed, but rather on highest efficiency. In addition to a short filling time, efficiency also includes low gas consumption, reproducible gas concentrations, easy adaptation to different tasks, as well as high availability at low maintenance costs.

Only these criteria enable fast and economical manufacturing of gas-filled IG units. Only the HELANTEC technology enables this efficiency.

With the fast-fill technology, during the filling process, in addition, the air is suctioned out of the IG unit. In this process filling capacity and suction capacity are precisely synchronised. Our proven gas analyser for concentration measurement is integrated in all of our gas filling systems. During the entire filling process, gas concentration is measured continuously and as soon as the desired gas concentration is reached the filling process is ended automatically. This is the only way to achieve uniform quality for each filling process.

RAPIDE L200

The RAPIDE L200 is based on the HELANTEC fast-fill technology and is the entry-level model of the RAPIDE L series. The capacity with one filling line is approximately 300 units [1].

It is equipped with modern, progressive technology and enables efficient gas filling with reliable gas concentrations. This is measured continuously during the entire filling process via an integrated gas analyser. As soon as the set gas concentration is reached the filling process is ended automatically.

Synchronisation of the filling and suction process also enables trouble-free filling of large IG units. The handy device is well suited for changing implementation sites.

RAPIDE L500

The RAPIDE L500 is the top selling gas filling system with fast-fill technology! This gas filling system has proven itself for many years and represents the state of the technology. The investment volume of the system is unrivalled in terms of capacity.

The RAPIDE L500 is more than "just" a manual gas filling system. With the integrated IPC the gas filling process is visualised and automatically documented. Only with this product do you have a verification of quality for all filling processes, i.e. for each IG unit – automated, without additional effort. Allocation of the IG unit is executed via barcode. Thus traceability in terms of gas filling is also ensured.

Only the HELANTEC technology makes these advanced possibilities available to you.

The capacity with 1 filling line is approximately 600 units1) And with 2 filling lines the capacity is approximately 1200 units. [1]

Due to short cycle times, the RAPIDE L500 is excellently suited for integration in the insulated glass production line (on-line, i.e. downstream from pressing and upstream of sealing). Operation is intuitive thanks to the minimal number of operating elements. Nevertheless the RAPIDE L500 offers every conceivable convenience. Among other things this also means increased capacity through integrated intelligence. You will only find these features, in this quality and equipment at HELANTEC.

Additional highlights:

For production of triple-glazed IG units, systems with 2 filling lines have proven to be very effective, because the two chambers can then be filled simultaneously. This is particularly advantageous for windows with an asymmetric structure. Because each filling line works autonomously, both chambers can be filled with different gases, without difficulty!

Through precise synchronisation of filling capacity and suction capacity, filling of large IG units is easily possible. In addition RAPIDE L500 can always manufacture pressureless and flat-positioned IG units.

If service is required, a diagnosis can be executed quickly and easily per remote maintenance via the modem integrated in the IPC. Through this measure service costs are reduced to a minimum. A routine manufacturer maintenance contract is not necessary!

RAPIDE L900

The RAPIDE L900 is the highest capacity gas filling system on the market and offers special advantages for the following applications:

• Fast filling and low gas losses - particularly with krypton
• Short filling times and extremely high capacity
• Economic filling of extremely large formats
• Fast filling of triple-glazed units in compliance with the cycle times of gas fill presses

For development, this meant precisely regulating even larger gas quantities in the millisecond range. At the same time the universal implementation possibilities, the two-hole technology and the proven closure system had to be retained. Nevertheless we were able to massively increase the efficiency. Here as well, and to an even more extreme degree, the same principle applies – namely that the maximum filling speed is not an expression of capacity. The crucial factor is efficient implementation.

However, due to the high capacity, in order to homogeneously fill the gas into the IG unit, even greater precision is required for synchronisation of filling and suction capacity. The filling process is a controlled process – it is not a purge process.

With due consideration of the cited boundary conditions – physical and fluidic – with the RAPIDE L 900, optimal performance has been realised. However this also demands considerably higher material requirements.

The capacity with 1 filling line is approximately 800 units1) and with 2 filling lines the capacity is approximately 1600 units. [1]

But this information does not really do justice to the capacity of the RAPIDE L900. Its real performance only becomes apparent with larger units and higher gas volumes. Through precise synchronisation of filling capacity and suction capacity, filling large IG units with gas is easily possible.

Quality Control: Gas Tester

For insulated glass production, reliable quality control of the gas concentration is indispensable. Consequently a reliable test method is even more important. With HELANTEC analysers control is easy and you can rely on the result 100%.

The GAS TESTER is our lowest-price entry-level model for monitoring gas concentration. Naturally we have installed our proven analysis technology (gas type measurement based on thermal conductivity) in this product as well.

Only a small quantity of gas is required. Sampling is executed with a special gas supply pump. Yearly factory calibration is not necessary! Our analysers work with virtually no wear.

The GAS TESTER is suitable for quality control of IG units with argon as the filling gas. The analyser can be equipped for the measurement of krypton – as option.

PRESSURE BALANCE
ISO-Altimeter PROFESSIONAL

With the ISO-Altimeter PROFESSIONAL the IG unit is prepared in production in such a manner that it is flat at the higher altitude or lower altitude of the installation site. Additional after-treatment is not required!

The ISO-Altimeter PROFESSIONAL is the further development of our proven predecessor model. Intuitive operation via touch screen, clear user guidance and versatile functions are only a few of the features that characterise our pressure balance system. Other special characteristics:

• Pressure is balanced on the basis of the average annual climatic values at the installation site.
• The actual production conditions, (temperature and air pressure) are considered.
• Suitable for double glazed and triple glazed insulated glass (symmetric and asymmetric).
• Suitable for special formats (triangle, parallelogram, circle, etc.).
• Suitable for all standard gases.
• Processing of data exported from every order processing software program.
• Automatic documentation of each pressure-compensated IG unit.
• Connection to a central database – easy management of evidence if there are complaints.
• Data transmission, remote query and remote maintenance via network connection.

To achieve short cycle times, there has been a conversion to completely new technology. This enables us to execute the pressure balance with the highest accuracy and within the shortest time possible. To avoid operating errors, all data required for the pressure balance is loaded automatically from a list. The most efficient procedure is simply scanning a barcode on the IG unit.

The ISO-Altimeter PROFESSIONAL is a complete system for which no additional PC is required. All you need is a power connection and you can balance the pressure of IG units for higher-altitude installation sites. In this regard, vacuum pressure in the IG unit is generated in production. Through this measure the IG unit will be flat at the higher-altitude installation site.

If your production is located at an altitude that is higher than the subsequent installation site, naturally with our pressure balancing system you can also pressure balance the IG units. For this, you require only a gas bottle (compressed air, argon or krypton), to generate excess pressure in the IG unit, so that your IG unit is flat at the lower-altitude installation site.

Naturally we also take into consideration the average yearly climatic conditions at the installation site, which in some cases is of major significance for the pressure balance.

The HELANTEC valve is a small but important detail. Only with this valve can it be ensured that the executed pressure balance remains intact and that your assured characteristic of the IG unit does not change.

SEALANT INSPECTOR

Process monitoring for sealing systems with 2-component sealants The processing of 2-component sealants requires a certain quality inspection of the mixing ratio. Instead of complex and time-consuming procedures, the SEALANT INSPECTOR monitors continuously the mixing ratio. Moreover, it informs immediately about any deviation. This ensures that the requirements of the sealant manufacturer are reached. Therefore, the IG manufacturer knows that the mixed sealant fulfils the specified guaranteed properties (e.g. tensile strength, adhesion etc.). Variations in the mixture would have both short- and long-term consequences (for example, a non-hardening edge seal, missing tightness, or reduced adhesion properties).
