Heat Soak Test Fırını
Heat Soak Test Oven
Heat soak testi tam temperli camlardaki nikel sülfür kırılma riskini elemine etmek için yapılır. Temperlenmiş her bir ünite cam bu riski ortadan kaldırmak üzere Heat Soak fırınlarında 290 dereceye kadar ısıtılır ve bu sıcaklıkta 2-4 saat arası bekletilir. Daha sonra da kademeli olarak soğutulur. Toplam süreç 10 saat kadar sürer. Bu esnada kırılma riski taşıyan camlar makine içinde kırılarak diğer camlardan ayrılır.
Sürecin zaman alışı seçilecek Heat Soak fırınının kapasitesinin yüksek tutulması ihtiyacını doğuruyor. Elbette bu konu aynı zamanda enerji maliyetlerini de doğrudan etkiliyor. Kapasitesi yüksek fırınların tek şarjda m²’ye düşen enerji kullanım maliyetleri kapasitesi düşük fırınlardan az oluyor.
