Pujol Industry was founded in 1911. Our company is the only worldwide manufacturer which provides full in house manufacturing of kilns and EVA. With a workforce of 70 employees among both companies, Pujol is currently present in 54 countries and has its own delegation in Uruguay in order to meet demands in USA and South America.

In the last decade we have served more than two thousand industrial plants and we have settled in the market as the leader enterprise specialized in laminated glass industry. We have accomplished the goal to offer a comprehensive service including kilns, consumables (materials),training, and Technical Support Service so covering what we consider our customers’ needs. Thus, this is a distinct added value that result in a higher financial profitability and the quality of the final product.

In our modern and spacious facilities at Evalam in Galicia, Spain, we manufacture and market a wide range of formats and references in Eva base film (Ethyl-Acetate Vinyl). All our products are chemically processed through our own and innovative working methods that ensure all the unique features of our range.

Our laboratory is equipped with cutting-edge technologies, enabling us to guarantee the highest standards of quality, and gain an in-depth knowledge of our products in order to meet all our customers requirements.

Evalam Visual

EVALAM VISUAL is an EVA (ethyl vinyl acetate) with excellent transparency, high adhesion, great sound insulation and an index of crosslink not comparable on the market. All this convert into the best material to be positioned in all those applications where optical perfection and durability is a requirement.

Evalam Crystal

EVALAM CRYSTAL is an EVA developed specifically to meet the needs of customers looking to work with ultra-clear glass that requires a completely neutral appearance of the interlayer in the glass edge. Evalam CRYSTAL offers superior quality on the glass edge and lower UV filtering through the glass. These two properties are the only difference from Evalam Visual. Suitable applications are laminated glass railings, curved glass, greenhouses, canopies or stairs.

Evalam Color

Evalam Color has been developed to work at a temperature of 120 °C without loss of pitch around the edges. This provides greater color strength over time compared with colored EVA’s working at 80 °C which prioritize the uniformity of tone against the durability of the material. By using EVALAM Color and Pujol laminating ovens both objectives are achieved: durability and color uniformity.

N-Fluent

Its unique and innovative formula gives it an extra hardness, which lower product fluidity and fewer risks are achieved as the EVA flows through the edges of the laminated glass, reducing the time allocated to cleaning the glass which results in lower cost per square meter of glass produced and greater benefits for the company.

The new EVALAM N-FLUENT provides UV filtration harmful to health over any wavelength (<390 nm). This allows to protect people and goods behind the laminated composition. Moreover, these properties also include an 85 per cent crosslink, which guarantees durability and stability far superior to any thermoplastic. The exhaustive quality controls of EVALAM demonstrate its stability against contractions once attached to the glass, which protects it against possible future problems such as delamination.

Outdoor Colors

After years of investigation, Hornos pujol is the first company in the market to presentfive outdoor colors certified according to European standard. These five colors are: Super White, White, Matt, Black and Acid.There are also nine base colors of Fuchsia, Red, Violet, Yellow, Orange, Blue, Dark Green,Grass Green and GreyMixing these nine base colors we can achieve more than 300 different colors.

Evalam

Pujol Evalamı İspanya Galiçya’ da ki geniş ve modern tesislerinde üretmektedirler. Tüm ürünleri kendi geliştirdikleri kimyasal süreçler ile üretmektedirler. Laboratuvarları, ürünlerin en yüksek kalite standartlarına sahip olması için üstün teknolojilerle donatılmıştır.

Evalam Visual

Evalam Visual yüksek şeffaflığı, yapışkanlık düzeyi ve mükemmel ses yalıtımı ile sektördeki diğer ürünlerle kıyaslanamaz bir noktaya gelmiştir. Görsel mükemmelliğe ve dayanıklılığa gereksinim duyulan uygulamalarda en iyi çözüm ortağıdır.

Evalam Crystal

Evalam Crystal, extra clear cam ile çalışmak isteyen müşterilerin ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak için özel olarak geliştirilmiştir. Bu tip camların laminasyonunda Evalam Crystal kullanıldığında cam köşelerinde tamamen natural bir görüntü elde edilebilir. Buna ek olarak Evalam Visual’in tüm özelliklerine sahiptir. Parmaklıklar, bombeli camlar, seralar, gölgelikler veya merdiven camları için rahatlıkla kullanılabilir.

Renkli Evalam

Renkli Evalam kenarlarda ton farkı olmadan 120 °C sıcaklıkta çalışmak üzere geliştirilmiştir. Bu durum 80°C' de çalışan ve dayanıklılığı değil sadece renk tonunu öne çıkarak diğer EVA lara karşı çok önemli bir avantaj yaratmaktadır. Renkli Evalam ve Pujol lamine fırınları hem dayanıklılığı hem de ton farkı olmayan mükemmel renkleri aynı anda sağlamaktadır.

N-Fluent

Eşsiz ve yenilikçi formülü ile EVA lamine camın kenarlarında ürün akışkanlığı azaltır ve ekstra bir sertlik sağlar, bunun sonucunda camın temizlenmesi için ayrılan süre azalır ve metrekare başına maliyet tasarrufu sağlanmış olur.

EVALAM N-FLUENT, herhangi bir dalga boyunda (<390 nm) sağlığa zararlı UV filtrasyonu sağlar. Bu, lamine cam arkasındaki objelerin korunmasını sağlar. Aynı zamanda herhangi bir termoplastikten çok daha üstün dayanıklılık ve stabiliteyi garanti eden yüzde 85'lik bir çapraz bağlantı içerir. Delaminasyona karşı dirençlidir.

Dış Cephe Renkleri

Yıllarca süren araştırmalar sonucunda Hornos Pujol, Avrupa standartlarına göre sertifikalı beş dış mekân rengini sunan ilk şirket olma özelliğini taşıyor. Bu beş renk: Süper beyaz, beyaz, mat(opak), siyah ve asit (satine).

Ayrıca 9 temel renk vardır; fuşya, kırmızı, eflatun, sarı, turuncu, mavi, koyu yeşil, çim yeşil ve gri-karışım. Bu renkler karıştırılarak 300 farklı renk oluşturulabilmektedir.
